Biography
Kyle James Alm is a composer, pianist, and educator known for his dynamic arrangements and genre-blending work across concert, commercial, and digital media. A Korg-sponsored artist, Kyle has built an impressive online audience of nearly 100,000 followers, with performances that have reached millions of viewers worldwide. His music seamlessly fuses jazz, pop, and classical influences, with a particular passion for video game and contemporary music. Through his digital presence, he continues to connect with global audiences through both recordings and published scores.As a composer and arranger, Kyle has written for a wide range of ensembles and projects, including symphony orchestra, chamber groups, film, and video games. His work has been featured at institutions such as the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Kansas State University, and Texas A&M University–Commerce, and performed by ensembles including the American Fork Symphony and the Snow College Symphony Orchestra.Kyle holds a Master of Music in Music Technology from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor of Music in Commercial Music from Snow College, where he graduated summa cum laude. In addition to his academic and creative work, he co-directs an international private music studio with his wife, Morgan, teaching students of all ages and skill levels with an emphasis on creativity and personalized learning.
